Job Context

Tasbih, a trusted name in the hajj and umrah services sector since 2023, is entering a new strategic phase of expansion. In addition to our flagship hajj & umrah operations, we are rapidly growing in tourism services and student consultancy—bringing three major business segments under one unified brand.

Key Responsibilities:

The company is expanding its tourism operations and seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable Senior Executive – Tours & Travels.

This role requires strong customer-handling skills, deep knowledge of tourism procedures, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to guide clients from inquiry to package finalization and ensure professional handling of client requirements.

• Manage and operate both domestic and international tour packages.
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and global/local travel partners.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries as per client preferences.
• Provide high-quality consultation and support throughout the travel process.
• Monitor and ensure accurate bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Collaborate with the ticketing, visa, and operations team for seamless service delivery.
• Handle corporate clients and VIP travelers with priority care.
• Guide, supervise, and support junior executives within the department.

Education:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Any professional training on visa processing and tour management will be preferable

Experience

• At least 4 years in Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup, Airport Service
