Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but Educational qualification is relax able for candidates with experience in telemarketing.
Experience
- At least 3-5 year(s) Experience as EXECUTIVE (TELEMERKETING) of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and telecommunication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Good voice skills on the phone.

- Contacting customers via telephone and informing them about the company's products/services.
- Creating new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Resolving customer queries, complaints and problems.
- Keeping in touch with potential customers through regular follow-ups.
- Working to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collecting customer information, creating and updating databases.
- Providing regular reports to management.
