Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Should be responsible and will focus on shoe branding throughout business development.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations.
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
• Provide inspired leadership company-wide. Make high-level decisions about policy & strategy.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, help with recruiting.
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as     trying to predict future trends.
• To develop long and short-term strategies and plan for growth.
• Collect information about competitors’ activities in the market.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
• Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance with laws and regulations.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any Discipline, MBA will get preference

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area:
  Merchandising/Brand developing/Export Marketing in Footwear Sector.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge on balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
